Well I ordered the caprese salad and the artichoke risotto.
Caprese salad...it wasn't. More like a clump of mozzarella that's a bit dry and anemic wedges of underripe flavorless and tasteless tomatoes. It was sprinkled with some kind of salty concoction of herbs. I added the olive oil and balsamic vinegar myself. Otherwise it was a nland and flavorless flop.
The artichoke risotto was crunchy. And the chef had the audacity to tell me that it was their SOP to cook it "al dente". Perhaps his italian is rusty, but al dente doesn't mean crunchy rice that sticks to your teeth.
But the manager did take it off my bill. And my friend johanna loved her spaghetti bolognese that she finished the plate without a thought about her waistline or petite figure.
